About Philip

I support adolescents and adults in understanding their experiences and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

trained and accredited psychotherapist specialising in trauma-informed, relational work.

You Don’t Have to Navigate Difficult Times Alone

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when difficult experiences continue to affect how we think, feel, or relate to others. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences safely, helping you understand what is happening beneath the surface and move forward with greater clarity and balance.

This is where I will meet you. My role is to offer a steady, supportive space where we can explore what you are experiencing and begin to make sense of it together. From there, we can gently work towards helping things feel clearer, lighter and more manageable.

What clients say
Silhouetted figure gazing at a moonlit sky during the evening, capturing serene skywatching.

I came feeling exhausted and stuck in old patterns. I left with clarity, better boundaries, and a much kinder relationship with myself.
