Contact
Have questions?
If you have questions that have not been answered on the FAQs & Fees page, or would simply like to arrange an initial consultation, you are welcome to get in touch. The easiest (and quickest) way to begin is by booking a free 15-minute consultation using the booking calendar below.
If you prefer, you can also send a message using the contact form and I will respond as soon as possible.
Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel difficult. A short consultation gives us the opportunity to speak briefly and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
You can use the calendar below to choose a convenient time for a free 15-minute consultation.
What the Consultation Is For
During the consultation we can briefly discuss:
- what has brought you to therapy
- any questions you may have about the process
- whether my approach feels suitable for you
There is no obligation to continue after the call.
How It Works
- Choose a suitable time using the calendar below
- Enter your contact details
- You will receive a confirmation email
I will call you at the scheduled time.
Booking a consultation does not commit you to starting therapy. It simply gives us an opportunity to see whether working together feels right.
